A practical webinar dedicated to intellectual property and its impact on access to TB treatment organised by TB Europe Coalition jointly with ITPC EECA took place on December, 11, 2023.

During the event, the Sergey Golovin, the ITPC EECA consultant on access to treatment in the EECA region, shared with participants information about:
- The importance of intellectual property in the context of current trends in TB treatment, the transition to 'short courses' and the development of new drugs.
- The role patents play in access to treatment.
- What activists at the national and regional levels are already doing and what else they can do to expand access to modern treatment.
