Through its use, representatives of CSOs and communities can assess what interventions exist in the country and who is implementing them. Such information can serve as an evidence base for preparing proposals to the Global Fund and for other donors, as well as clearly show what additional interventions are needed in the country.
This tool is particularly beneficial for CSOs and communities in countries at the stage of submitting national applications to the Global Fund or preparing for it.
