The second TB Europe Coаlіtion Board meeting this year took place on 28th April. The key topics for discussion included preparation for an in-person Board meeting in November 2023 to develop the TBEC Strategy for 2024-2027 and the preparation for the upcoming Board election for another 3-year term.
In addition, Board members reviewed the Coalition's annual financial report, presentation on programmatic activities, and updates on funding received and grant applications submitted.
The TBEC Executive Director Yuliia Kalancha updated the participants on the development of TBEC Governance framework and Internal Policies as well as the registration of TBEC sister organisation in Ukraine. Also, there was presented a work plan based on the TBEC members' comments and recommendations received from the annual survey on the TBEC activities.
